The nights are now down below freezing and it’s imperative that the heat in your unit is on at least 55 degrees to prevent your pipes from freezing and doing damage to your unit as well as others.

Due to the holidays, we are delaying our annual meeting to January 2025. We will be undertaking several large projects Electrical panels for all buildings, bulkhead replacement, chimney chase painting/sealing,legal fees, insurance for Harborhead has increased. Due to the general increases in all areas, our maintenance fees will be going up 20 per unit in Jan./25 and there will be a special assessment of $5,000 per unit. $2500 on 1/25, 2nd payment July/25. Our fees have not changed for many years, despite the fact that operational repairs and insurance costs have skyrocketed. We will update you as to when the meeting will take place. Thank you for your patience. The Board wanted to get all the costs for the projects which took a while. We wish you and your families a Very Happy, Healthy Holidays!
