Doors Installation of 15 new entrance doors has begun, though some are delayed until fall due to shipping damage. Garage door replacements (composite or vinyl) are available starting at approximately $5.5K.(Owner's expense) Pool & Landscaping Pool Season A new pool company, Millennial Pool Management, starts on Memorial Day. The pool will open weekends from May 23 June 21, and fulltime from June 22 September 7. There will be security Friday and Saturday during the season Landscaping Future designs will feature natural sea grasses to reduce maintenance and irrigation costs. Future Planning Reserves Mike suggested increasing reserve funds to prepare for future projects without requiring major assessments.
