!ANNOUNCEMENT! The 2026 Annual Meeting will take place on April 19, 2026.
The Meeting will be Held at the Point Pleasant Beach Fire House No. 1, Located Next to Point Beach Post Office in Point Pleasant Beach. The meeting will begin at 8AM.

Hello Unit Owners In preparation for the April 19th 8am Annual Meeting at Fire House # 1 400 Arnold Ave (next to Point Beach Post Office) you were sent election ballots and proxies. The instructions were prepared by our attorney and can be simplified in three steps. 1) Fill out ballot or proxy 2) Put the completed ballot or proxy in blank envelope and seal. 3) Take that sealed envelope and put into the self addressed envelope which gets sent back to Harborhead. It must be received by 4/17. If youre coming to the meeting you can bring that paperwork with you if youre not coming, please take the time to fill it out and send back to management.
